The Service
PDFUp provides free online PDF tools. Most tools process files locally in your browser; some may require temporary server-side processing, in which case files are deleted within 1 hour. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results will be error-free.
Accounts
Some features may require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address and may not share your account with others. We log sign-in activity (IP address, approximate country, device information) for account security purposes.
Acceptable Use
You may not use PDFUp to process files you do not have the legal right to modify, to violate any law, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to upload malware or harmful content.
Donations
Donations made through PDFUp are voluntary contributions to support the service and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Disclaimer
PDFUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PDFUp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
